UBNY Kids Fitness Classes

Kids MMA Program is designed to teach your children discipline and respect for themselves and their peers. At Unlimited Body NY they will learn how to effectively defend and protect themselves. They will learn the basic punches and kicks that will lead to putting together combos to ensure a proper workout. Kids will also learn basic grappling techniques in addition to other bootcamp style workouts. Some athletic training would be involved to help develop better neural muscular activity, such as speed, balance and strength.

Kids Bootcamp Program is designed to keep your kids active and fit for sport and well being. Here at Unlimited Body NY our goal is to create programs that will help your child to develop physically and mentally stronger therefore giving them the confidence to excel in their activity. If your kids are involved in a sport and want to enhance their skills, then this program is for them.

Here at UBNY we emphasize on form and technique when performing exercises. All kids receive attention and learn how to properly perform the exercises. We take the time to make sure all kids are working hard and are in safe conditions.
