UBNY Kids Fitness Classes
Kids Beginner Tap class offers a fun and engaging introduction to tap dance, focusing on basic steps, rhythms, and coordination. Young dancers will build musicality, balance, and confidence while exploring creativity and self-expression in a supportive environment, no prior experience needed!Ages 6-12
Kids Sports Camp is designed to keep your kids active and fit for sport and well being. Here at Unlimited Body NY our goal is to create programs that will help your child to develop physically and mentally stronger therefore giving them the confidence to excel in their activity. If your kids are involved in a sport and want to enhance their skills, then this program is for them. Ages 6-12.
Focus & Form
Here at UBNY we emphasize on form and technique when performing exercises. All kids receive attention and learn how to properly perform the exercises. We take the time to make sure all kids are working hard and are in safe conditions.
